I just wanted to write something to say how impressed I was with the team at Lakeside Garage. I went to them after feeling disillusioned with the VW dealer and how expensive it had become. I have always been wary of mechanics as a woman with no knowledge of cars and how they work, however I really felt as if I had been treated really well and not as if I did not have a clue. I was shown the old parts that had been replaced and Jay the owner explained to me why it had been done. When I booked the service the staff were really helpful in trying to fit me in to suit my working day.. I will definitely be having my car serviced here from now on and could not hope for a more friendly and efficient team of people.

The Garage was faultless throughout the process from booking, quote on price to collection and delivery of the vehicle after works carried out. The collection time was to the minute and the guy who collects the vehicles was very friendly and knowledgeable of process of works and payments etc. I found lakeside to be of a higher standard to the local Audi dealer (Slough) and a lot better value for money. I will be using them in the future for all works.

Lakeside garage have been looking after all the vehicles in our household for a number of years. Whether it’s a service,mot or general repairs all carried out to a high standard. They will pick your car up and drop back afterwards if required. Would not go elsewhere. Thoroughly recommend them.
